This is what I was and am doing during these two weeks holidays. The first biscuit I was baking is Mama Karies. I bake it that time after I'd fully recovered from my sickness. Haha~

Mooncake

I seriously would prefer icy-coated mooncake. The very cold coating plus some pandan inside, simple yet satisfying^^

I'm rolling the pandan and mixing them with almonds.

The violet pingpei very nice^^

My sis mixed it while I only roll white pingpei.

Ping pei mooncakes. Violet colouring ^^ My sis is quite brilliant,

she mixed the violet and pure white flour. LOL

It's like snow white pingpei. WoW perfect^^

Mama Karies, we bake with greater amount or kuantiti. Haha

But, one unpleasant thing happened, we bake the biscuits in two turns. The bottom of the biscuits at first round burnt already, it's like charcoal black. lol xD still, the biscuits next round are very perfect, because that time my sis and I started controlling and observing the oven temperature.

While rolling the mixed or almost-done flour and putting the hazelnut,

here come a heart in it! Luck me xD
