Where's my voice?

I said I won't do it, but I'm still keeping my eyes on him. I can't control it, I know it's my eyeballs but it's out of my control at the moment.

Sometimes, I feel like I don't respect myself. I promised myself not to do something yet I do it. Sometimes, I even forget to ask for my own opinion first before I decide, it's like following what my friends say. I forget to listen to my voice. Every time when the light bulb above my head ignites, then only I realised I do something not following my own hearts, for others' pleasure but not to my own pleasure. After that, I feel terrible. Then I started to regret. It follows that I ruin my day. And the cycle repeats.

Every morning, I have to worry about newspapers. I have to check whether the newspapers are already on the library table or not (but I have faith in my friend, Christie); and I have to make sure they distribute the newspapers, all this and that. It's a huge responsibility. I forgot to distribute newspaper to Puan Laurette, my MATHS teacher, and she looked a little bit disappointed with me for I didn't do my part well. In fact, I was reluctant to put the newspaper nicely in front of her office door because sometimes the library door is closed and her office is in the library. It's my fault. That's why I'm very.... I doubt my leadership now.

I'm scared and I'm so scared to be ignored. I know I ignore him at the first place, but a real man shouldn't care about this right? I know he doesn't care or doesn't even notice something minor and trivial like this, but I care about every detail, every action, every movement.

Well, study hard. Cheerio.

Bio

These days, BIO practical keeps me occupied. Actually, I don't cooperate well with them. First, I'm so inactive (but I'm active now over time); Second, I feel lazy and reluctant; Third, I don't feel like... one of them, probably get ignored. Don't worry now, we're OK, everything is FINE, the project runs smoothly. Just that... we have to schedule our time frequently, so that everyone can catch the bugs and collect the plant specimen together. Ohh...

Unhappy Woman

I forgot to pay the fees, so I apologized to her in a soft way. I saw the burning fire in her eyes, for the first time in my life, a woman just gave me a furious stare. I was transfixed at my position. The woman criticized me in the public, "lectured" me - I just can't hear a word from her but to look deadly at her. In Cantonese she asked "OK?" "Understand or not?", I didn't answer her. Why should I answer her? She is so rude. When I walked away, she's still mumbling behind me. She's very tired to work at her age, she has to take a rest. Maybe that's the culture of the workers there.

Out to Kasturi

Here we are, every Friday -in the same evening, same destination, same aim, same group of friends- out to Kasturi for our MUET and BIO. I was very tired by 1pm, until I didn't even feel like talking, my smile was fading away but still managed to hold it back :)

Today onward, I'm even sure I'm more prone to Mc Donald than KFC, I can't believe KFC still at that standard, non-competitive at the same time and I feel just unwelcome and unsatisfied. For a set meal, I wanted to change the type of beverage (displaced "Pepsi" to "Lipton Tea"), little did I know that they charged me for their so-called "add-on" beverage. I paid for it and I was blur at that time and I hated myself for being unconscious and unaware of such discrimination. Talk about French fries, even Mc Donald "small" French fries seems to be KFC "large" french fries. I can't believe I was eating there since I know I don't like it and I wanted to stay truthful to McDonald. My sixth sense was way too strong, until I went upstairs, ready to put food down and I accidentally spilled my Lipton Tea. Wonderful! Can't drink my charged Lipton tea and faced the most feared history of my public embarrassment in life again, today.

This time round I finally understand the feeling of "digging a hole to cover face", I definitely wanted to hide myself from this reappeared incident. Not bad, I still managed to drink 1/5 of the volume of the Lipton tea.

Taken in the car with Khai Ling. She doesn't know such thing like "camwhore". Haha! :')

The busy street with buzzling vehicles and incoming tourists and people.

Charice. Oh "Pyramid"!

Form 6 group of friends, we study together :) God bless!

It's raining still. Good night! <3

Bearing a huge responsibility

So, I didn't see Puan Mary today due to my not-so-extreme emotion, I can't express my feeling again. Maybe until I'm excited and can't wait to tell, then only I shall have my honest talk with her =]

Guess what! I become president of the mini library in my school! I feel so different this time, I've been secretary for so many times and this will be a new exposure to me. Can't wait for the obstacles ahead, wondering how would I handle it?

Wednesday, September 7, 2011

Tomorrow I'm gonna meet Puan Mary to give a few comments of today's lesson. It's very interesting to have someone experienced to give us a talk and I really appreciated it!

My Argumentative Essay :)

The government has the most responsibility for improving our environment. Do you agree? Support with reasons and examples.

Since the turn of the new century, humans have generally come up with a lot of “creative” ideas to upgrade their lives to better lifestyles without any concern to the environment. In order to meet their demanding requirements, they destruct rainforest to build various types of factories, they invent different technologies that are not environment-friendly and so much of development in upgrading their lives until the negative impact to the environment is negligible. Although mass media often shows concerns to the environmental issues, there is no realistic action done among the residents in our Mother earth. As the saying goes, a thousand miles begin with one step, hence there should be a party who takes the first step into raising the public’s awareness to the devastating environmental issues. Therefore, I completely disagree that the government bears the most responsibility for improving the environment due to several factors. Instead of the government, it is the business sector who plays a major role in improving the environment and has a magnitude of influence in encouraging the public to live a greener lifestyle.

The business sector takes the initiatives and overtakes the role played by the government, it consequently exposes the public into realising several ways that can be measured to improve the environment. In order to encourage the consumers to go green, the business sector has especially launched “Go Green” activity in the public supermarkets which must first approved by the government. For instance, Tesco store in Malaysia has introduced a range of carrier bags to help customers use lesser carrier bags when they shop. Alternatively, Tesco also rewards the customers with Tesco Green Clubcard points each time they use their own bag or the Tesco reusable bags. The points collected for an individual can get Clubcard voucher exchange, thus the activity held by the business sector indirectly helps to promote green living among us. In contrast, the government only acts the supporting body behind the whole idea of the event held. The government is more committed in enforcing the environmental laws rather than to take an initiative and realistic action to improve the environment.

Besides, the business sector invests a lot of money and time in advertising and promoting the green practices among us. In fact, the government also does the advertisements through the electronic media such as television in order to grab the audience’s attention. However, the business sector advertisement is more appealing and eye-catching compared with that of the government one. For example, advertisement introduced by the business sector for the 3R (Reuse, Recycle and Reserve) slogan is more animated and lively with imaginative and inspirational 3R song as the background of its animation. The business sector releases the advertisements through the most well-like channel, for example, the Astro. On the contrary, the government introduced their advertisements though the least popular channel such as TV1, TV2 and TV3, and in two-dimensional form which is not demanding and least favourite by the consumers due to the fact that it is obsolete. However, even an advertisement is being introduced in the two-dimensional way, there is alternative which can be done to satisfy their vision, that is through the graphic designs. The consumers are prone to watch advertisements which are refreshing and interesting to them, and the message delivered should be impressive or like giving them a knock in the head. Example of the messages or slogans is “Let’s go green to get our globe clean.” Therefore, business sector successfully raised the consumers’ attention through their creative advertisements instead of the government.

As a conclusion, action speaks louder than word, apparently the business sector has significant influence and power in prompting and raising the public’s conscious in improving our environment. Therefore, the business sector plays a major part in implementing its commitments to conserve and preserve our environment in order to promise a better tomorrow.

Congratulations!

Congratulations to Christie Soo! You got our support and you made it!

Today we got a nomination for MPPPU, which is our Form 6 students action party, something like that :P And Christie Soo got the second highest votes from majority of us, and successfully made his way to be the Naib pengerusi. I feel so happy and proud of you! Christie, I see you growing up and it's the time to outshine yourself and prove it to others alright? I'm so happy.

Go! Go! Go! Seksyen 4! Go Christie! I'm so proud of being a Seksyen 4-ian :D At least there is one representative from our formal school, although we're mostly conquered by the ex-Batu 8 LOL!

Ignorance

I cannot believe this. We're friends, like good friends before. Now, what happened? I tried to pull you aside and wanted to have a heart-to-heart talk with you and you just shook your head and looked just afraid and unwillingly. Ok, that's fine, that's your right to ignore a person. I'm just thinking, is there any wrong with me? I treat you just the same like other, but you just turn cold head to me, I feel... TERRIBLE. You're my friend and I thought by the end of STPM, we can make a good friend of each other. Now, you chose that road. So, bye.

Monday

I have to write something for today. Well, as for today, I can’t believe I sucked and I actually screwed my MUET (Malaysia University English Test), a graph analysis. If you’ve heard of it, Band 6 is the highest score for an individual. Sadly, unfortunately, unexpectedly, distressingly, or whatever synonyms for sad-I got only Band 3, which is only half of the highest band. WHAT THE! I thought I can get at most a Band 5! See, I have high expectation on myself, resulting in self-depression and self-disappointment. Not really entirely influenced by only a piece of my well-done work. But, I really tried hard and I thought it’s all what the ideas required. Sadly, unfortunately, unexpectedly, distressingly… I didn’t fulfill the requirements and important hits for the graph analysis and synthesis. Still, perhaps I didn’t understand the graph pattern, oh gosh.

Maths T is… aw… awful. Teacher can teach us the most simple way, so easy, so simply. When it comes to doing the questions, I just turned blank eyes at it. I was like “what?”, so the teacher sucks. Ops =X But it’s true. Opss!!

Every day, the MUET lesson is horrifying, my MUET teacher is very HORRIBLE, always be “roaring” at us, rocked the roof down. My Maths teacher teaches the basic things, which is of no use when it comes to doing exercises, she teaches by merely reading the textbook or perhaps, accordingly. My PA 2 (Pengajian Am 2) teacher is a Malay, PA2 is all about writing a Malay essay, hmm… for me, she can teach expertly, like she knows the syllabus and format very well. But, it’s true, she understands it, she knows it, that’s why she teaches as best as she could. On the other hand, my PA 1 teacher, whom is another Malay teacher as well, according to her, she’s studied History for a certain countries, which she’s very proud of, well… amazing, something I wouldn’t study about for the rest of my life. She… sucks. I feel like sleeping during her lessons. I’m sorry, but she’s even more suck than my Maths teacher.

As for my BIO, I should say, GOOD and satisfied. I’m glad to have my BIO teacher around, she teaches very professionally, look the way she speaks English. Wow. By far, CHEMISTRY is my most favorite subject! I know the teacher, she’s very dedicated in teaching and she managed the notes for us very neatly and I can understand the notes very much, it gave me the best idea in answering the questions.

This morning, my eyes turned out to be swelling and I have a rather dark circles. I want to buy a whole-frame glasses!!!! Have been saying it for several times yet I take no action. First, is financial allowed me to buy? Second, is there anyone who can fetches me to the optometry shop? Third, I’m still wondering and afraid if it doesn’t turn out to be looking pretty on me.

Continue my homework now. SLEEPYyyyyyyyy!! Oh shut up :P

Good night!

Higher Level

This late morning, I went to Batu 8 to register Form 6. Saw Puan Lee, Joy's mother, will be our Chemistry teacher. I met many old friends and among all the Lower 6 students, many of them were students from Seksyen 4. Not bad, and the seniors are mostly from Seksyen 4 too. I can't believe my SPM invigilator will be my STPM BIOLOGY teacher! LOL! What a coincidence! I was surprised at the moment, and relieved! And HAPPY! Also, happy to have Chow Chien around. I was relieved and thankful and... really happy to see him. I respect him so much and learn that he could be one of my "driving force". Really glad xoxo

What a disgrace! I first bought a pair of white shoes and thanks to Rhen Jeat, suddenly mentioned to me about the "shoes" then only I quickly rushed to JUSCO at night, before closing time and bought a pair of BLACK shoes! Luckily my youngest brother managed to fit in his feets into the white one!

Batu 8 second entrance! What a long way down...

During HOT evening, there came three little Malay children selling cupcakes outside my house.
I feel so like an adult to them and thought that I should do something for the kids :) I really care about the children.

Tonight! This BIG and disgusting fly flied on the lid of my GREEN TEA bottle! >(

Couldn't help, but still... I miss Noan baby and the children... so much.

So, I'm going to pursue my PRA U at Batu 8 and going to take STPM. I feel like I'm on higher level than anybody else, especially with my Form 6 blouse and skirt. Looked just smart on me :)
